How to shop

1. Use the JUST IN, DRESSES, TOPS, BOTTOMS, ACCESSORIES and SALE links to help you find what you are looking for.
2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.
3. Review the items in your cart by clicking the CART link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE  link to delete items from your cart.
4. Click on CHECKOUT to complete your order.

Create Account

For your convenience, all customers are required to create an account with us to start shopping.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. A new password will be sent to your email address registered with us. You may change your password after logging in first with the new password.

Packaging Options

Signature Packaging
Your order will be delivered in our signature black boxes which are great for storage or as gift packaging.

 

Gifts
Please check “Kindly issue a Gift Receipt" during check out. The package will arrive at your recipient with a gift receipt instead of our standard invoice.

 

Sales
All sale orders will be shipped in basic packaging.

Shipping information

We deliver via Singapore Post for orders in Singapore and via Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel for orders shipped outside Singapore.

We strongly recommend our customers to choose the registered mail option as a safe and trackable delivery means.

 

Shipping costs for deliveries are automatically calculated at check out based on weight.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, ADELAROSE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Taxes

Customers outside of Singapore are responsible for taxes and duties incurred for importing your ADELAROSE merchandise.

Returns & exchanges

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

Exchanges and Returns for Incorrect Sizing

We have made every effort to provide measurements for each item as accurately as possible.

However, if your item does not fit, we are glad to offer a one-time exchange for an alternate size within 14 days of shipped date, based on stock availability.

Simply fill in the Returns and Exchanges form enclosed with each delivery, attach the return label and ship your item back to us.

If the item you have selected for exchange is not in stock, store credit will be credited to your ADELAROSE which may be used for your next purchase with us.

Store credit is valid for 90 days from issue.

As you will be responsible and liable for all goods until we receive them, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us.

Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges.

All sale of gift cards and items marked "Sale" are final and cannot be exchanged for credit.

 

Exchanges and Returns for Incorrect or Damaged Merchandize

We have made every effort to display and describe as accurately as possible characteristics of each of our products. We regret that at this time we are only able to accept exchanges for incorrectly delivered and/or defective products.

At ADELAROSE, each item is carefully checked to ensure it matches your order and is free from manufacturing defects before it is dispatched to you. However, should you receive an incorrect or defective item; we will allow a return within 14 days of shipped date.

Simply fill in the Returns and Exchanges form enclosed with each delivery, attach the return label and ship your item back to us.

Upon receipt of the damaged merchandize, a replacement piece of the same style will be shipped to you.

If the item selected is not in stock, store credit will be credited to your ADELAROSE account which may be used for your next purchase with us.

Payment security

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards via Paypal, Internet Banking (Singapore customers only) and personal cheque (Singapore customers only).

Paypal is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Gift Cards

You can buy an ADELAROSE gift card in US Dollars or Singapore Dollars. Gift cards start from USD/SGD 50 with additional denominations of USD/SGD 10. To purchase a gift card, kindly send us an email to giftcard@adelarose.com with the following details:

1. Please let us have your ADELAROSE account for billing.
2. Select a gift card amount
3. Kindly provide recipient's name, address and a personal message (optional)
4. The E-Giftcard will be delivered via email to your receipient.

All Giftcard credit is valid 1 year from issue.

 

How To Redeem a Gift Card

If you haven't done so already, please register for an ADELAROSE account.

Your E-Giftcard can be redeemed at the SHOPPING CART page by keying in your unique E-Giftcard number in the Enter Promotional Code section when making your purchase. Your gift card amount will be automatically deducted as payment on your purchase.

If your gift card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will automatically be credited to your ADELAROSE account which may be used for your next shopping experience with us.
